Non-urgent advice: Please Note

eConsult is for clinical matters only.

We can deal with non-clinical queries and prescription requests more efficiently if you send them to: 

  • Prescription requests – to our prescription e-mail:  [email protected]
  • Non-clinical queries (requests for immunisation records, changing an appointment, patient access ID requests etc) – to our practice e-mail: [email protected]

In order to offer the optimum patient safety and satisfaction, we are making changes to our eConsult service, which will now be accessible from Monday – Friday 8am – 6.30pm.

Outside those hours you can still seek medical advice via the NHS 111 service by telephoning 111 or visiting their website NHS 111 online.
